Shaun Houlihan

Shaun Houlihan is a Senior Vice President at Journey Capital, where he joined in June 2026. Mr. Houlihan is responsible for the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities throughout Journey's target markets. In this capacity, Mr. Houlihan plays a role in the analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the asset management and disposition of existing assets. Additionally, Mr. Houlihan supports Journey's corporate development through capital raising efforts and business strategy.

Prior to Journey Capital, Mr. Houlihan was a Vice President at The Praedium Group, where he was involved in over $4 billion of multifamily transactions across the United States. As a member of the investments team, he participated in the analysis, due diligence, financing, and execution of new acquisitions, as well as the ongoing asset management and disposition of existing assets. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Houlihan supported the firm's client development efforts, including capital raising and investor communications.

Before joining The Praedium Group, Mr. Houlihan began his career at TD Bank on the REITs and Commercial Real Estate Investment Funds team, where he underwrote term loans, revolving lines of credit and capital call lines to public and private real estate firms while also supporting the firm's broader credit process.

Mr. Houlihan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a B.S. in Business Management with a Concentration in Finance. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
